The Porbeagle is a type of mackerel shark, a group that also contains the Great White and Mako Shark. Its closest relative is the Salmon Shark. While the Salmon Shark is found in Northern Pacific waters, Porbeagles are found in the North Atlantic Ocean and the waters of the Southern Hemisphere. This Porbeagle Shark figure features the streamlined shape of a mackerel shark, similar to its close relative the Salmon Shark. Its paint reflects the animal’s countershaded coloration: dark blue above fading to white below. This shark figure includes realistic and accurate details, including a white patch on the rear of the dorsal fin.
